Michelle Pfeiffer merged subdued elegance with suited styling at Thursday night’s IndieWire TV Honors in Los Angeles.
The Oscar-nominated actress wore a long-sleeve black double-breasted blazer with sinuous lapels and a streamlined midi skirt. The blazer included hip pockets for added tailored elements and was crafted with a fitted silhouette, cinching slightly at the waist.
The midi skirt augmented the monochrome black attire, evoking the subdued elegance bent of her look. Pfeiffer continued the tonal motif of her look with a pair of platform black peep-toe pumps with ankle straps.

Pfeiffer gave her look a minimalist bent as well with few accessories, save for a pair of dangling earrings. “The Madison” actress’ glam featured her blond hair styled with a side part and worn in loose curls that cascaded past her shoulders.
Makeup highlights included bold brows, lined eyes and a glossy lip. Throughout her “The Madison” promotional tour and FYC events, Pfeiffer has collaborated with stylist Samantha McMillen, who also works with Pfeiffer’s “Margo’s Got Money Troubles” costar Elle Fanning.
Prior to Thursday night’s IndieWire TV Honors event, Pfeiffer attended Monday night’s Gotham TV Awards in New York City, at which she was honored with the Legend Tribute. Pfeiffer wore a sleeveless shift dress courtesy of Chanel for the occasion.
McMillen has also styled Pfeiffer in pieces by Rodarte and Oscar de la Renta, among other labels, over the course of the last several months as the actress has promoted her TV projects.
Thursday night’s IndieWire TV Honors, held at Nya Studios West in Los Angeles, honored talent like Nicolas Cage, Charles Melton and Pfeiffer, among others. Pfeiffer was the recipient of the Vanguard Award at the celebration.
