The stars turned out in full force for Wednesday’s inaugural Variety 2026 Power of Women London event. Emma Corrin led the high-fashion brigade in a suited style, while stars like Emilia Clarke turned to Dior, among other designer labels.
Hannah Waddingham and Cynthia Erivo, along with other guests, brought their fashion A-game to the red carpet in custom pieces by Vivienne Westwood and Sophie Couture. WWD breaks down those looks and more ahead.
Emma Corrin
Emma Corrin favored a custom look from Miu Miu for their red carpet attire. “The Crown” alum’s look evoked power dressing, with a single-breasted blazer, light blue button-down and trousers that coordinated with the jacket. Corrin added touches of sparkle with Cartier jewelry and added a pop of vibrant color with their square-toed red heels.

Havana Rose Liu turned to the Schiaparelli runway for her look. The “Bottoms” actress wore a selection from the French luxury fashion house’s fall 2026 ready-to-wear collection — a black jacket featuring gold hardware buttons and embellishments, which were coordinated with baggy trousers. The actress’ look was curated by Austen Turner.
Suki Waterhouse
Feminine touches featured throughout Suki Waterhouse’s look. The singer wore a creamy pink satin dress with a bow at the neckline and hips, a pleated midi skirt and bands of fabric evoking a deconstructed approach. She also wore Jimmy Choo heels and jewelry courtesy of Tiffany & Co.
Cynthia Erivo
“Wicked” Oscar nominee Cynthia Erivo styled a custom Vivienne Westwood dress. The actress and singer’s tartan dress was cast in shades of blue and brown, with an open neckline and elevated collar, long sleeves and high-low hemline. She paired the dress with platform heels from the British label too.
As for accessories, Erivo wore jewelry pieces by Marli, including a bevy of rings that spotlighted her statement nails. The actress’ look was curated by stylist Jason Bolden.

Hannah Waddingham turned to Sophie Couture for her red carpet look. The “Ted Lasso” actress wore a custom dress from the brand that evoked Old Hollywood style sensibility with a plunging halter neckline and thigh-high slit. A cinched waist gave the dress added silhouette definition. Waddingham accessorized her attire with drop earrings by Anabela Chan.
Emilia Clarke
Emilia Clarke wore a midi dress with an asymmetric hem from Dior’s pre-fall 2026 collection. The sleeveless dress was designed with a high neckline and flowing shift silhouette, with pleating to accentuate the asymmetric angle of the hem.
Variety’s 2026 Power of Women London event was held Wednesday at the Chancery Rosewood Hotel and hosted by “Saturday Night Live U.K.” cast member Ania Magliano. The evening, the first iteration of the annual event in London, honored the achievements of performers and artists in the entertainment industry and the ways in which they’ve used their platforms to spark change and continue progressive conversations to move the industry forward.
