Tersus Solutions Expands Recommerce Capabilities

Tersus Solutions, a logistics operator and technology provider in textile recommerce, said it is entering a major growth phase that is aimed at deepening its services within the circular economy.

Tersus Solutions announced it is investing heavily in its fire and PPE decontamination division, actively hiring leadership and showcasing its advanced CO₂ cleaning technology at major industry conferences, such as FDIC 2026, to help protect firefighters from occupational health risks.

To meet the needs of footwear recommerce, the company said it is expanding its four-building Denver-area campus with a new, dedicated 31,000-square-foot facility. Unlike traditional apparel, footwear requires specialized workflows for grading, cleaning and restoring various technical materials. The new infrastructure will allow Tersus to handle returned and traded-in footwear at a larger scale.

In tandem with this physical expansion, Tersus said it has partnered with Denver-based outdoor brand Topo Designs and platform provider Trove to power “Remapped,” which is Topo Designs’ official branded resale program. Terms of the partnership were not disclosed.

The company said in a statement that the partnership will allow customers to trade in used gear, which Tersus then restores and authenticates. At the same time, Trove provides the digital software infrastructure for the digital storefront. The company said the collaboration aims to keep high-quality outdoor gear in use and out of landfills through a seamless, trustworthy trade-in experience.

To sustain recommerce sales across its fashion, outdoor and specialized verticals, the company said it is strategically expanding its executive team and core operations. Tersus has appointed Dave Bogardus as vice president of finance, Kiersti Bird as vice president of growth and Charles Ifechi as general manager of Canada.
